Adverse Weather Guideline

This guideline sets out the arrangements in times of Typhoon Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warming Signal for the Public Visitors.

1. Typhoon Signal No.8 / Black Rainstorm in force before the event:

- Before 10:00a.m. on 3 June
All programme will be stopped and resume within 5 hours after the signal is cancelled.

- After 10:00a.m. on 3 June
All programme will be stopped and resume within 4 hours after the signal is cancelled.
The event will be cancelled if the signal is cancelled after 05:00p.m.

- Before 12:00n.n. on 4 June
All programme will be stopped and resume within 4 hours after the signal is cancelled.

- After 02:00p.m. on 4 June
The event will be cancelled.


2. Typhoon Signal No.8 / Black Rainstorm in force after the event:
- Black Rainstorm Warming Signal in force:

  • Indoor event continue provided that it is safe to do so, outdoor event will be cancel or relocated if Black Rainstorm Warming Signal in force.
  • Applicable to all situation


- Typhoon Signal No.8 in force:
  • 10:00a.m. – 12:00n.n. on 3 June:
    All programme will be stopped and resume within 4 hours after the signal is cancelled.
  • After 12:00n.n. on 3 June:
    The event will be cancelled.
  • Before 12:00n.n. 4 June:
    All programme will be stopped and resume within 4 hours after the signal is cancelled.
  • After 12:00n.n. 4 June:
    The event will be cancelled.
